Adam aims to create pathways for business owners to recover and learn from failure and when required looks for ways to assist people affected by reckless and intentional misconduct, including fraudulent action. Since 2006, Adam has previously worked with BDO Kendalls, Vincents Chartered Accountants, Artemis Insolvency and Rodgers Reidy. Now, as a Director of Insolvency and Reconstruction for Chan & Naylor.
Adam is actively involved in a significant array of voluntary administrations, litigations, liquidations, turn-around arrangements, bankruptcies and formal arrangements, covering a diverse range of businesses and industries by drawing upon a network of advisors, financiers and other service providers, who assist with delivering a complete technical and commercially whole solution. Adam has a wealth of experience and a proactive approach spanning over a decade to effectively manage risk and deliver quality results in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
