First, the Xero Me App is available on both iOS and Android. This app allows you to access information. You can approve staff timesheet and payroll, using your mobile phone. Click the plus button found on the top menu to quickly create an invoice, purchase order and many other transactions.

Meanwhile, you can save time by activating the bank feed feature rather than keying in the information or importing the data into Xero. When using bank feeds, your transactions are transferred automatically into the accounting software.

Other efficient functions include the repeating invoices and bill features of Xero. You can use this if you have bills or need to create an invoice for regular customers. Xero can automatically send the invoice for you on a specified date.

And Xero can schedule payment reminders to your customers, and that’s a big help to your cash flow.
