ASIC Company Fees From 1 July 2020

Each year, ASIC Company Fees, consistent with the value of Consumer Price Index (CPI), increase effective 1 July.

This year, the ASIC has advised of the increase. Below is the comparison of current ASIC Company Fees and the fees that will apply from 1 July 2020.

ASIC Company Fees

  • Annual Review Fee for a Proprietary Company  –  $273 (up from $267)
  • Late Payment Fee for up to 1 month –  $82 (up from $80)
  • Late Payment Fees for more than 1 month late – $340 (up from $333) 

 

Please note that GST does not apply to ASIC fees.
